Day... my Day... You were such a quiet boy... You never bothered anyone, you never complained... You should have... You should have complained earlier, much earlier, to give me a chance and the time to help you and keep you here with us... You chose to be discreet and quiet till the end, you didn't want to bother us, I guess... Or maybe you hated vets so much (and you never saw one in your entire life, except the time you ate some processionary caterpillars) that you didn't want to see them at all...It's been three days now that you left us and I miss you so much... We all do... Nobody is fussing around anymore when I prepare the meals, they all wait in silence for their turn. From the very first day you arrived here and for nine years and a half, two times a day, you had that look in the eyes as if you had been starving for months and always finished your meal before I even finished serving the others... I miss your "fussing around". Every day. Twice a day.
The girls miss you too. For nine years and a half, you were constantly after them, showing how much you loved them
😊Edgar misses you too... You were his "dad", his friend, an example for him...
I enjoyed living with you, you were such a clown, with your big amazed eyes... I enjoyed showing you too, you were flying on the show rings and, with you, I discovered the meaning of a "excellent mouvement"... I enjoyed every little bit of these nine years and a half, and I still don't understand why you had to go away...
Your first mom, Olga, was there for both of us from the begining to the end, and I would like to thank her for that... She supported us, we both learned a lot from her, and, if you had such a nice temperament, it is thanks to her.... My home seems empty without you and our family will never be the same again...
Your daughter and your grand-daughter will always remind me of you... And yet, I miss you so much and I always will...
